Ulsav does not directly conduct any events, and is only acts as a technology enabler and intermediary between the event organizers and the participants. As such, all refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the event organizers.
We require Event Organizers to publish their Refund policy on their event Site, and this would be shown to users before they complete their purchase, and could be accessed also from the Site footer. We request you to carefully read through the official Refund policy of the Event Organizer as published on the Site before registering and making any payment towards the event. If the refund policy, is missing or the one published on the event Site is incomplete or unsatisfactory, we request you to contact the Event Organizer directly to clarify the same before making any payment towards the event. The official Refund policy of the Event Organizer shall be the only policy applicable to the event, and Ulsav shall not be responsible or liable for any refunds or cancellations.
Event Organizer is responsible to communicate their refund policy to Participants, and to issue refunds to Participants via UlsavPay or through other payment method used to collect payments.
All communications or disputes regarding refunds are between Event Organizers and the registered Participants, and Ulsav will not be responsible or liable for refunds, errors in issuing refunds, or lack of refunds.
Your access to the Sites may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or due to the introduction of new facilities or services at any time without prior notice. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction, and attempt to communicate any such suspension or restriction to you in advance.
You agree that Ulsav will not be liable for any losses that may be incurred by you if for any reason all or part of the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period for use.
If any User(s) submits suggestions, ideas, comments, or questions containing product feedback about the Ulsav or any of the Services, either through the Ulsav's official website or otherwise ( “Feedback”), then such User(s) grants Ulsav and its affiliates a worldwide, non- exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use (and full right to sublicense), reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, and display such Feedback in any form. Users shall have no intellectual property right in the Site as a result of Ulsav's incorporation of Feedback into the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ulsav and its successors and assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and employees, from any claims, liability, judgments, awards, losses, obligations, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees), demands, or actions made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of the Agreement or any document incorporated by reference, any claim that content provided by you caused damage or loss to a third party, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations or the rights of a third party.
You hereby expressly release Ulsav and any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability, or other consequence of any actions/inactions of any third-party vendors or service providers and specifically waive any claims or demands that you may have in this behalf against Ulsav under any statute, contract or otherwise.
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
Modification, Amendment or Termination: Ulsav may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise the Agreement and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Your continued use of the Site post any modification of the Agreement shall be taken as your consent and acceptance to such modifications. Nothing in the Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits. You are advised to check our terms and conditions as published and updated at https://ulsav.com/terms, frequently to see recent changes and to keep yourself updated with the most recent updates.
Force Majeure: Ulsav shall not be liable for failure to perform, or the delay in performance of, any of its obligations if, and to the extent that, such failure or delay is caused by events substantially beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of the public enemy or governmental body in its sovereign or contractual capacity, war, terrorism, floods, fire, strikes, epidemics, civil unrest or riots, power outage, and/or unusually severe weather.
If any part of the Agreement is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part of the Agreement will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Headings are for reference purpose only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section.
Our failure to act with respect to any breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our Sites, and operation of the Sites may be interfered by numerous factors outside our control.
