Online Payment - Frequently Asked
Questions
- How can I pay online for membership/tickets?
- Automated Payment is through Visa/Mastercard. Transaction goes
through the secure ENETS system in this case.
- An alternate option to make the payments through bank transfer is also
included.
- How do I pay through the bank transfer?
- At the "Payment
confirmation" page select "Bank Transfer"
- An email will be sent with details of the
bank transfer payment
- After payment is made as specified in the email, reply to that email
giving the payment details
- Once payment is received, confirmation email will be
sent
- How do I collect the membership card / tickets?
- Membership card / Tickets can be collected on the next Soorya event at
the hall
- Membership card can be arranged to be posted if there is sufficient
time
- What should I bring to collect the membership card/tickets?
- You need to bring a print out of the email confirmation, the credit
card used for the purchase and your IC for verification.
- What is the refund policy?
- There will be no refund or
exchange of tickets under any circumstance.
- When do I know that my purchase is successfully
completed?
- You will see a page with message: "Your Transaction was
successful. Welcome to the Soorya Singapore"
- A payment confirmation will be sent by ENETS immediately after the
payment (credit card). You should receive this email within 15 minutes of
payment.
- Another confirmation email will be sent to you with details of the
membership/tickets within one working day.
You have to bring the print out of this email for collection of the
membership card/tickets
- Is there additional charge for payment through
online?
- No extra charges for online payments
